Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and a Miami Beach resident since the age of six, Richard has become a familiar face in South Florida’s luxury real estate scene, cherished for his deep understanding of the market and charismatic approach. With a legacy that traces back to his family's development ventures in Venezuela and Miami, Richard was practically raised on construction sites, making real estate not just a profession but a lifelong passion. This deep-seated knowledge, paired with his enthusiasm for deal-making and masterful negotiating skills, allows him to excel in finding and transforming properties that meet the high expectations of his clients.

Outside of his professional life, Richard is a committed family man, sharing his life and business with his wife, Ivonn, and their three adult children, who are making their own impressive strides in education and creative industries.

Ivonn Goihman’s 25 years of experience representing buyers and sellers in the South Florida luxury real estate market provides her clients with a high level of expertise and insight.

Originally from New York, Ivonn resides and works in Aventura, with an additional focus on Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles. Her portfolio encompasses a wide range of property types, with a specialization in luxury condominiums and pre-construction opportunities throughout these markets.

When she is not working, Ivonn enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, practicing Pilates, skiing, and reading. She also has a love of the arts and is an active supporter of the visual and performing arts in Miami, as well as several local charities and organizations.
