Limited inventory keeps Aventura a strong contender for luxury buyers.

Sunny Isles Beach

A vibrant hotspot for high-end investors, Sunny Isles Beach continues to command premium prices for its oceanfront properties. With seven sold properties, six pending sales, and 27 active listings, the market remains strong. The average list price was $6.1 million, with an average price per square foot of $1,900. Bal Harbour
